Purchase

Foxmark is available exclusively through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

License

Foxmark is licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all bookmarks, notes, tags, and AI-generated content created with Foxmark. We never access, process, or store your content on any server.

Third-Party Websites

Foxmark saves and opens links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those sites. Opening a saved link is subject to that site's own terms and policies.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the app. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

Foxmark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI categories, tags, and summaries are generated on-device and may not be perfectly accurate. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
